After sourcing for a few renovation companies' quotations, I finally selected Zenith Arc. Not because it was the cheapest. Rather, it was the vibes with id Jordan who gave off as friendly, patient, approachable. Basically, you can share any ideas with him and he will always listen intently, let you know if they worked or not, and if not, gave better suggestions and opinions as a professional in his field of knowledge! In addition, the 3D drawings of my prospective home designs was shown to me at just the 2nd meet up, which really put me in a clearer perspective of how my home would look like. Along the way, there were several changes in the designs and Jordan had no qalms about amending them and let me review again. His patience in this area was commendable👍. He also has a fantastic team of partners, right from carpenter Hong, electrician Jason and plumber Joshen, are all very friendly, approachable and skilful. Jordan is very responsive. Any rectification needed and when called upon, is done without delay. Friends and relatives who visited my house were very impressed with the design and workmanship done by Jordan, Zenith Arc. We were working with Alan from Zenith and we came into contact with Zenith as we used the Qanvast platform to look for a designer to renovate our tired looking 40 year old HDB 5 room flat. When we were still shortlisting the designer, Alan came across as very professional, patient to understand our requirements and generously share his proposed design even before we confirm engaging him.After we have engaged his service, he accommodated our request to complete the renovation works much earlier than the original agreed date despite the unforeseen event that our floor tiles popped and had to change the entire overlaying laminate to tiles involving hacking. We started renovation in Oct and he rushed to complete the entire renovation works over the festive season of Christmas and New Year to hand over to us before CNY in early Feb with minimum defects.Currently, we are still covered under the 1 year warranty period and he is still very responsive whenever we call him to do some touch ups. We would definitely recommend Zenith if you are considering to renovate your homes.

We completed our resale renovation with Wai Wai 3 years ago, and I wanted to come back to leave a review. 😊Wai Wai is very responsible and responsive, and I’d definitely recommend her if you’re looking for an ID with those qualities.As first-time homeowners, we had many late-night discussions about the design and materials. She was patient in answering all our questions and could quickly update the 3D design on the spot during meetings, which made the whole process much more efficient.She also provided a clear renovation schedule, so we always knew what to expect at each stage.While she didn’t visit the site often apart from key milestones, she was always responsive whenever we raised concerns or requested rectifications.The renovation wasn’t without issues. The carpentry workmanship initially had defects (such as bubbling laminates), and we also found some wavy plastering that required rework. In the months after handover, laminates and PVC edging started coming off some cupboards. However, what stood out was that Wai Wai took responsibility and arranged for her contractors to rectify the issues promptly—even a few years later while the extended warranty was still valid.Special mention to the tiler, who did an excellent job. Overall, while there’s room for improvement in the carpentry and plastering workmanship, Wai Wai’s professionalism, responsiveness, and after-sales support gave us confidence throughout the renovation journey.Three years on, my partner and I are still very happy with the comfortable home she helped us create, and we truly appreciate the effort she put into making it happen.

I engaged Hugo for the renovation of my BTO flat last year August 2025. Hugo was extremely understanding, easy to work with and very reasonable with his quotations. He always listened to what we wanted and tried to incorpotate it into the design with practicality.Despite there being some hiccups along the way (just like all renovations), he handled them very well and always made sure to not focus on the pointing of fingers but instead ensured that matters were resolved. I greatly appreciated that level of professionalism.Even after the renovation was done, he as very receptive to any issues we found after and send someone to rectify them quickly.
