Zenith Arc Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://zenitharc.com.sg (the “Service”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, request a quote, or contact us through the Service, we may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Property address, property type, and project details you provide (e.g. budget range, timeline)
• Photos or floor plans you choose to upload
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, and click identifiers (such as Google Click ID / Facebook Click ID) generated when you arrive from an ad

Why we collect it

We collect and use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide quotes or consultations
• Deliver our interior design and renovation services if you engage us
• Understand which marketing channels are working, using aggregated and per-lead data
• Re-target or re-engage you with relevant ads on platforms like Google and Meta, where you have not objected
• Comply with our legal obligations

We do not collect or use NRIC numbers for identity verification anywhere on this Service.

How we use cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API to measure how visitors use the Service and to run and measure advertising. Where required by law, these tools operate under Google Consent Mode — you will be shown a cookie/consent banner when you first visit, and non-essential tracking will only run according to the choice you make there. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer.

Legal basis and consent

By submitting a form on this Service, you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry and, unless you tell us otherwise, using your contact details for related marketing (such as re-targeting ads or follow-up offers). You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing our Data Protection Officer (below) — this will not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it.

Disclosure to third parties

We share personal data with the service providers who help us run the Service and our marketing, including Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta Platforms (Pixel, Conversions API), and Zapier (workflow automation for lead handling). These providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as it remains useful for the purpose it was collected — including ongoing project delivery and, for leads that don’t convert, marketing and ad-audience targeting. Every 24 months, we review lead data that hasn’t converted to check whether it’s still active for marketing purposes; data that’s no longer useful for this or any other valid purpose is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see Your Rights, below).

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data

SMS and call marketing

Before contacting you by SMS or voice call for marketing purposes, we check your number against Singapore’s Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, in line with the PDPA’s DNC provisions.
